We offer multiple ways to get measured: you can use our 'FitSmart' algorithm, follow our self-measurement video guide, or visit one of our stores for a professional fitting.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Since every shirt is custom-made to your specifications, it typically takes 7 to 10 business days for production and delivery.
What is your Alterations Policy?
We want you to love your fit. If your shirt isn't perfect, we provide free alterations within 30 days of delivery. If it cannot be altered, we will remake it for you.
Can I customize the design of my shirt?
Yes, you can customize everything from the collar and cuff styles to buttons, pockets, and even add your own monogram at no extra cost.
